Bonnie Doon was an excellent accomodation for our trip to Aviemore. Very clean, well equipped and a good location to discover Aviemore. Great value!

Situated on a quiet estate only 10-15 minutes stroll into the centre of Aviemore. Warm and comfortable bungalow with a view towards the mountains, showing an ever changing dusting of snow. Steam trains a few yards from the bottom of the lawned garden pass a few times a day. Besides the immediate locality, I managed to explore the coast from Fort George to Banff containing some interesting ancient harbours. Note that the A9 going north is undergoing a dual carriageway upgrade with 40MPH restrictions....
