I would 100% recommend Caledonia View and can't wait to come back! It was immaculately clean and well presented with all the home comforts. Close to the centre of Aviemore in a quiet area. Perfect for relaxing in and using as a base for exploring Aviemore and the surrounding area.

Lovely, spacious and clean flat with amazing views from the living room. The area was quiet and away from the busy areas of Aviemore, but an easy short drive to the shops.The only slight drawbacks were the fact that, as the flat is on the 2nd floor, the windows did not open fully so the rooms were very warm in the heat wave (26 degrees). I'm sure it would be great in the colder weather. Also the noise from the nearby A9 at the back of the house can be a bit disturbing if you like to keep bedroom windows open.Not enough to put us off and we'd hope to return soon.

Lovely modern and very clean apartment with lots of space. Perfect location. Very quiet. Fantastic views of the cairngorm mountain range.Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
