A tastefully presented semi-detached cottage located on the outskirts of the vibrant town of Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. This well appointed, single-storey cottage is extremely homely and welcoming with touches of tartan furnishings and a warming woodburning stove. The modern, fully fitted kitchen is well-equipped and leads to a spacious sun-room which has a dining area, seating area and views of the pretty garden. The cosy and comfortable sitting room in this cottage near Aviemore houses the woodburning stove, along with a wall mounted TV and a number of books, DVDs and games, which are provided for your enjoyment. Completing the accommodation at your Aviemore holiday home are two lovely bedrooms, both with a hairdryer provided, and a bathroom. The neat enclosed rear garden at this Aviemore cottage is an ideal place to sit out with a cold drink on a summer's day, whilst waving to the visitors who are enjoying a steam train ride on the Strathspey Steam Railway line. Aviemore itself has a fabulous choice of shops, restaurants and pubs, whilst the Cairngorms is an ideal place for those interested in outdoor activities such as mountain climbing, hill walking, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, watersports, skiing, cycling, bird watching, wild swimming and wildlife spotting. This lovely cottage near Aviemore is the perfect base for a couple or family at any time of the year.
Aviemore is situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and in the Cairngorms National Park and offers shops, pubs and restaurants, along with fishing on the River Spey, skiing, a swimming pool and a championship golf course.
