Furnished and equipped to a good standard, this detached property offers comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting. Aviemore is situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and is on the Speyside Way. It boasts a super choice of shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a wide range of outdoor activities available, including skiing and snowboarding, mountain and quad biking, climbing and hill walking, and a variety of water sports on nearby Loch Insch, Loch Morlich and the River Spey. Visit the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre or the Highland Wildlife Park at nearby Kingussie.
Within a few minutes’ walk is the lovely Spey Valley Golf Club and the Dalfaber Resort with its wonderful array of leisure activities. Visit the Landmark Forest Adventure Park at nearby Carrbridge, a wonderful fun filled activity centre. Further afield, take a trip to the beautiful west coast and the Isle of Skye, or a day trip to the Orkney Islands is well worth the effort. The Pines is a lovely lodge which is very comfortable and clean with lovely soft furnishing and towels. We ate in most nights as the lodge was well equipped, enjoying some venison and beef from Rothiemurchus farm shop. We enjoyed being able to walk into Aviemore and onto the Rothiemurchus estate from the lodge and accessing the Glenmore area was also so easy - it is in a perfect location. Only thing we missed was WiFi which would make it a perfect stay!

Quality caravan. Spotlessly clean. Everything provided, so no thinking what you will need to bring. Literally, just your own food and drinks are needed. Friendly bar on site. A 10 minute leisurely walk into Aviemore passing The Old Bridge Inn, great food served. Highly recommend.
