The Red Kite is located in the beautiful fishing village of Avoch with a small selection of shops and amenities. It offers guests a good level of comfortable living and just a short stroll to the seafront.
The nearby village of Fortrose has more local shops whilst just 3 miles away is the stunning beach at Rosemarkie. This first floor apartment comprises of a living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and two en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a communal garden, patio area and a BBQ area. Beach 3 miles. Shop and takeaways 200 yards.

Red Kite is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the harbour, and within easy driving distance of many of the attractions on the Black Isle. The accommodation itself is only adequate with the biggest bugbear being that although there are beds for 5 there are only dining chairs for 3 so meals have to be eaten in relay. Similarly, there are only 3 mugs and insufficient items of cutlery. The amenities in Red Kite are generally good but it would be nice if some of the windows were not sealed shut. The linen offered is past its best and needs replacing and some of the mattresses are tired and past their best. The communication from the Home to Go app is appalling and left us wondering if were ever going to get check in details. Overall the property could be so much better with more attention to detail.

The accommodation was good, in a nice quiet place, just what was needed. The TV didnt work when we got there, but was sorted the next day. The windows didnt open, and the bedroom one had a hole in the glass....

Lovely little apartment right near the sea in the quiet little town of avoch, they accept doggies to we was relocated here after a mishap with our previous accommodation. This actually turned out better with lots to do around us and a 5 minute walk from the sea. Thankyou!
