Black Rock cottage is just outside Culbokie, on the north side of the Black Isle. Just a few minutes’ walk or very short drive to the village where there is a small grocery store, post office and pub with restaurant. Inverness is the nearest city and is a 15-minute drive, the market town of Dingwall is 3 miles away, around a 10-minute drive.

I want to thank Stella, she is such a wonderful person, she gave my children some really good gifts and toys to play around, the property is really awesome, my wife and kids loved them alot, my wife was literally crying on the day we left the place. Definitely we will come back.

We stopped at Blackrock for Two weeks. Had a lovely time. Relaxing and views are amazing. Everything we needed was there, Owners are easy to contact and feel with if needed, and dealt with storm damage issue very quickly and with no fuss. Would very much recommend this property.
