Really don't know where to start.Lets start with the location.Perfect, on the sea shore! During out visit we saw (from the dini g room window) seal, otter, many birds feeding along the shore. Five min drive to local shops and restaurants. The cottage is very light and spacious and well equipped, you will want for nothing! The artwork. Beautiful images, sculptures. Amazing lamps and light shades. Really very classy.Sauna, perfect way to relax after a hike in the Highlands.Gardens, mowed lawns, fruit trees and planted to attract pollinatorswe fell in love with Skye and Tigh an Dun!

Great location and property. Superb views. The wood fired sauna was a big hit as well. Broadford had a good coop and some shops - basic but good enough. Only issue initially was finding it as it is on the shoreline down a private road off the main road! The directions on Cottages.com are pretty scant after reaching Skye and we had a couple of attempts at finding it. Only addition I would suggest, given the increase in electric cars is a charge point. The one in Broadford worked fine but being able to top up at the property would make it perfect.

We had a lovely time in the beautiful cottage. The perfect place to explore the isle of Skye. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved sitting in the garden watching the water for wildlife and going in for a paddle. Definitely good advice to take shoes to wear in the water. The only issue we had was finding the cottage in the first place, the post code in Google took us a little past it and we had to find it on foot. The house is not visible from the main road. Once we had it I dropped a pin in maps. Would definitely recommend this cottage.
