This is a fantastic place to be based for those wishing to explore some of the most scenic areas of West Scotland’s unspoilt, sandy beaches and coastline.
Situated over three floors, this impressive detached house has been designed with a Nordic style using timber and glass as a stylish feature throughout.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows so that you can enjoy the fantastic sea and island views from the comfort of the sofa. There is also a king-size bedroom on this floor. The kitchen is well-equipped with a separate utility area and steps leading down to the dining area - a perfect space to enjoy socialising with family. French doors take you out onto the decking if you would prefer to dine alfresco.
A few more steps down lead you to a beautiful lounge area with wood burner and an impressive timber and glass frontage with views out over the surrounding mountains. As you walk back down the hallway, there is a second sitting room with a stunning cathedral-style window and views out over the sea. Also on this level, there is one king-size bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. The family bathroom is spacious with a bath and separate shower.
The property benefits from a lovely enclosed lawn garden with decking, seating and BBQ. With sea and mountain views, you can sit here for hours on end just relaxing and reading a book.
