This delightful, peaceful, detached holiday cottage is just yards from the River Doe. Lovingly restored, it lies in the heart of Glenmoriston on a large hill farm (with three munros) in acres of land. There is free trout fishing, a variety of wildlife, and tracks for leisurely walks and biking. Take a boat trip on Loch Ness, or watch the activity on the Caledonian Canal in picturesque Fort Augustus. Superb base for touring the Isle of Skye, Fort William and Inverness. We both had a wonderful stay at Laundry Cottage . Like most people we didn't expect it to live upto the photo's on the web site ,but it was better. No photo's and descriptions could describe the beauty that presented itself when we arrived. The facilities available in the cottage were perfect .and clean and provided everything you will need for a comfortable stay.We though ally enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Just back from Laundry cottage which is spotlessly clean, well appointed and in an Ideal location for an out of the way holiday. It's pretty much an equal distance of 40 miles from Inverness, Fort William and Kyle of Lochalsh for days out. There are a couple of easy riverside walks straight from the cottage as well as the more strenuous routes that the area is famous for. As well as spotting plenty of deer when we were out and about we also spotted some just over the back fence on one day. Overall a great choice.
