Once used as part of the set of the blockbuster movie Stardust' this spacious cottage is situated on the banks of the Abhainn Bruachaig river in the depths of a beautiful valley. Spend your days spotting the wildlife that passes through the area, including the stags that reside on the estate or splash in the river. Kinlochewe village (3 miles) has a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs and is a popular destination for walkers, climbers and anglers. From the village take the woodland trail through the pine forest for views over Loch Maree or spend the day hiking the Torridon Hills (10 miles). Explore Scotland on the water at Gairloch (15 miles) on a canoe or kayak adventure, or go in search of seals, porpoises and whales on a cruise through the open waters of the North Minch. Accessed down a 3 mile long rough track, this holiday hideaway is a remote escape for the whole family to enjoy.
