This charming, spacious, attractive, well furnished and equipped holiday cottage enjoys a rural location and is in a large enclosed garden, with adjoining woods. It is conveniently located 4 miles from Nairn, which has miles of sandy beaches, 2 championship golf courses, bowling, tennis and shops; and ½ hour drive from Inverness. Close to Cairngorms with skiing, mountain railway, mountain biking and superb walking and climbing. Cawdor, 1 mile away, is a conservation village with quaint houses, PO and a tavern. Horse riding can also be found 1 mile away. Adjacent is the castle with gardens and grounds, which are open in the summer. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Culcharry Cottage was perfect for our visit to the Nairn area, which offers so much to se and do, and a wide variety of qualty eating establishments. The cottage was very comfortable and cosy, despite the fact we were there during part of Storm Amy. It is well furnished, with very comfortable classic couches, and a very well equipped kitchen. It was well stocked with a plentiful supply of logs and coal for the fires if required , and is well served with a very efficient central heating system. It is well kept and clean, if a little dated in decoration, but this in no way detracts from it's comfort or desirability. It is surrounded by a big garden and, situated as it is in a very quiet hamlet would be ideal for families.

A wonderful cottage in a superb location, views from the front across the fields and the bedroom window to the rear garden lawn and woods. Surrounded with bird life and a rare sighting of a red squirrel brilliant.
