The location is ideal, great views from the balcony. The layout of the apartment is good although the spiral staircase would not suit everyone, it needs to be checked over so as to ensure it is safe, as some parts are not secure. The kitchen was not clean, especially the oven and overhead extractor fan, they hadn't been cleaned for some time.

Lovely duplex apartment overlooking golf course and Moray Firth.Easy key collection from box, one flight of stairs in. Parking space ( two )Comfortable apartment with great view and balcony. Did not attempt the spiral staircase to master suite, too wobbly!Cleaning average at best.
