Tucked away down a narrow lane in the lively seaside town of Nairn, is this two storey former fisherman's cottage with an attractive and cosy interior, refurbished throughout to a high standard of finish. Park your car on the roadside at the front of the property and step inside to find a comfortable setup for you and your loved one. Enter into the hallway, which leads through to a plush sitting room enhanced by a delightful log burner. Curl up together and enjoy a film on TV or simply relax in front of the log burner; there is a dining table at which to eat your meals. Wonderfully appointed and neutrally styled, the kitchen at the rear of the house boasts integrated appliances and a contemporary suite of units, to comfortably aide you through your holiday. Upstairs you will find the charming king-size double bedroom with sloping apex ceilings and dual aspect windows. It also comprises ample storage space and a modern en-suite shower room adding a touch of style to a superb interior. Enjoy a pleasurable summers' evening out on the patio and dine alfresco; parasols are provided for extra shaded protection and privacy, so you can enjoy a relaxing break away from your everyday routine. Don't forget to take a chilled bottle out of the wine cooler and pour a glass of refreshing Prosecco! Explore the wonderful sandy beaches this popular destination has to offer, or for those seeking an adrenaline rush, there is whitewater rafting, tubing and cliff jumping, as well as skiing and hiking at nearby Cairngorn National Park. The capital of the Highlands, Inverness, is within easy drive along with towering mountains, ancient forests and rugged sea cliffs. This splendid retreat provides a memorable holiday break to you and your partner.
Nairn is a popular seaside town just 16 miles from Inverness. It offers some of the top beaches in Scotland and cleanest bathing waters in Britain. Also, one of the only two dolphin colonies in the UK is based in the Moray Firth, whilst Shakespeare’s famed Cawdor Castle and Brodie Caste are both within 15 mins drive. Golfing enthusiasts will be attracted to the two 18-hole championship courses, including the Nairn Golf Club, and the town also has an outdoor tennis court as well as a squash court for hire.
