A trip Culloden Battlefield is a must to discover the history of the Jacobite Rising at this iconic battlefield and visitor centre.
A 15-mile drive takes you to Inverness the capital of the Highlands, the city offers fantastic shopping, dining, and attractions like Inverness Castle and the scenic River Ness, perfect for stroll along its banks to the Ness Islands where you can sit and take in the scenery, across the footbridge and stop at the Botanical Gardens for a coffee and home baking. The city has four golf courses one being Castle Stuart which has hosted the Scottish Open.

Lovely, comfortable well equipped cottage. Comfy beds too. Nice and warm and cosy. Garden perfect for dogs as well fenced. Very peaceful location with lots to do in the area.
