Located in idyllic surroundings, this stone-built cottage provides a relaxing holiday home, perfect for unwinding in after a day spent discovering the magnificent countryside of the Cairngorms. This traditional property features low ceilings and a warming wood burner, and can be booked along with another bothy on the estate, a beautifully renovated building with a kitchen, charcoal grill and large dining table, perfect for a special occasion where private dining can be arranged.

The cottage itself offers a snug and inviting lounge with a Smart TV, welcoming wood burner and comfortable seating, making it a great space to snuggle up with a movie or a good book at the end of a fantastic day. The kitchen/diner has a range of useful equipment along with an additional wood burner, and is a sociable space for enjoying a family meal. The bathroom is also on the ground floor.

Going upstairs, there are two delightful bedrooms, both with low ceilings: one double and one twin, each with views out across the beautiful estate.

Outside, the open, grassy garden features far-reaching views of the surrounding hills and makes a lovely spot for a morning coffee or dip in the hot tub as you plan the day’s events. Ample parking space is available on the gravel driveway for two cars.
