Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the warm welcome from hosts George and Anne. The property is ideal for nature lovers, with a variety of birds and wildlife to observe, and is considered dog-friendly. While some guests mention low ceilings and the challenge of finding the property, the overall experience is highly recommended for a peaceful holiday.

The cottage receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotlessly clean'. This consistent feedback suggests a very high standard of cleanliness maintained by the hosts.

The location is described as peaceful, quiet, and ideal for visiting local attractions and wildlife. While one review mentioned difficulty in finding the property and access to the stream, the majority highlight the beauty and tranquility of the setting.

Comfort is frequently commended, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy. However, a few guests noted the low ceilings and cramped spaces, which slightly affected the score.

Facilities are generally well-received, with the property being described as well-equipped. Some guests suggested improvements such as a larger fridge and clearer instructions for heating water. The presence of a conservatory and bird feeders adds to the positive feedback.

While the reviews reflect the hosts' warm welcome and helpfulness, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the provision of bird food for the feeders. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

It is extremely dog friendly and there are some amazing walks close by. Sitting in the conservatory we saw lots of different birds at the feeders - so lovely to see. The owners met us when we arrived and were very friendly.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Our hosts, George and Anne met with us on arrival. Everything you could possibly need, they have provided. The location is quiet and peaceful with many different birds, including pheasants paying a visit for a feed. Would highly recommend this quaint little cottage to anyone looking for a holiday with plenty of walking or just to relax and watch the wildlife. George and Anne will make sure you have a fabulous time.

Bird watching and pheasants. Lots to do places to go beaches and woods. Cafe in the village was lovely. Although I'd prefer a bit more counter top space in the kitchen. My parents enjoyed the shops in grantown on Spey. We got on with it. When on hols we don't rush to go everywhere. Would hope to get back there again some time in the summer.
