The friendly village of Gairloch is home to the fantastic Gairloch Heritage Museum and two secluded beaches – Gairloch Beach is to the east (1.5 miles) and Big Sand is to the west (3.5 miles). The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for water sports, pony trekking, golf, and Munro bagging – while the course of the NC500 passes close by. Heading inland, the stunning Inverewe Garden lies at the southern end of Loch Ewe (7 miles).

The dining area leads across to the stylishly updated kitchen, fully equipped for preparing a celebratory meal. Exploring further, there’s a charming main lounge with additional seating, a Smart TV, and another wood burner, offering a relaxing space for you all to unwind in at the end of a great day. The ground floor also features a handy WC. Heading upstairs, there’s a bright and refreshing bathroom with a gorgeous free-standing bath and a separate shower, alongside a choice of two beautifully furnished bedrooms: a master king-size room and a lovely twin, each with slightly sloping ceilings.

A little closer to the water’s edge, there’s a bench offering a quiet place for reading and taking in the tranquil scenery.
