Just got back from our stay here and I can't fault it. The cottage itself is perfect with every amenity you could possibly need and then some. Our hosts welcomed us with some delicious cakes and were wonderfully warm and friendly. The location is perfect for visiting many beautiful locations in the area and the cottage sits with an amazing view of Ben Nevis which we never tired of. We have been coming to this area since 1998 and Strone Farm is by far the best accommodation we've had to date, we're already discussing a return next year. I'd recommend the cottage to anyone.

Very rarely do rental cottages exceed expectations . . . this might be the exception. Quality accommodation and fixtures with lovely friendly hosts. Only possible negative consideration is the (difficult for some) single track road in order to access the property . . . but don't let this deter you!

Had a great stay. Fantastic views, lovely owners and delicious homemade shortbread, scones (with pots of cream and jam) and a chocolate cake. Lots of birds on feeders to watch and great night sky for planet and star gazing. We took our dog for walks into nearby forest and alongside river towards Glen Loy.Can recommend Glefinnan Viaduct (get there before 9.30am as car park fills very quickly), walk along Caledonian Canal, Caledonian for chance of spotting dolphins, Glen Nevis gondola, Clan Campbell museum, Spean Bridge commando memorial and the Ben Nevis Inn for fabulous views at foot of the Ben (Claggan, Achintee).
