Big house, fantastic location, but..........don't forget to take all the basics with you. You will need to take rubbish and food waste bin liners as well as washing up liquid and toilet rolls. As the caretaker told us this is a self-catering accommodation! Such a shame but the cleanliness of this property is not up to scratch. This place is crying out for some care and attention.

Great property right in the heart of the village. Accommodation was excellent for a large group albeit a wee bit tired in places. Good location close to all the amenities you need for a lovely holiday, including a very dog friendly pub a stones throw away. So good to have access from the garden right onto the river walk - such a lovely setting. I would definitely consider going back for a future holiday. Book it because you won't regret it.
