Arriving at Station Lodge, you’ll find a well-presented cottage that balances traditional charm with everyday practicality. Step inside and discover a welcoming dining room, where a woodburning stove adds warmth and character, making it an inviting place to gather after days spent outdoors. Nearby, the kitchen is neatly arranged for preparing home-cooked meals, while the sitting room offers a relaxed space to settle in with a film or conversation as the evening draws in.

The surrounding area offers plenty to discover. Forres itself is home to independent shops and cafés, along with riverside walks and access to nearby woodland trails. A short drive brings you to Elgin, where the impressive cathedral ruins and local museums invite exploration, while Nairn offers a traditional seaside experience with a long sandy beach and coastal paths.

Right on your doorstep, guests can explore the National Trust for Scotland’s 16th-century Brodie Castle, where the Playful Garden brings the Brodie family’s history to life through imaginative landscaping and seasonal displays.
