Fabulous country retreat and only a few miles from Keith where most food etc can be found. A real home from home for us. We will return. 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Muirtown lodge. Karen is a wonderful host, we had a wee issue with our electric car (user error if I’m honest) and her kind offers of help were gratefully received. Location is fantastic for visiting all the beautiful beaches and harbour towns which the Moray Coast has an abundance of. The lodge is kitted out to a really high standard, the enclosed garden was fantastic for our dog and the wood fired hot tub was great. Yes, it does take a long time to heat the first night, but there is plenty of wood supplied to keep the fire going until it’s lovely and toastie. And yes, the homemade shortbread is indeed delicious!
