Parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Mont Stewart Cottage is a semi-detached cottage located in the heart of Whiting Bay. It has been renovated to a high standard with many of the original features retained, such as exposed beams and original doors to give it a cosy cottage feel. Guests can enjoy views across Whiting Bay and towards the sea from the ground and first floor rooms , and there is plenty of garden space for all the family to enjoy. This well-equipped cottage is a fantastic place for families and friends to enjoy a great self-catering holiday on Arran. Whiting Bay is only a short walk away (via a steep hill) and has a number of shops, bars and restaurants as well as an attractive sand and pebble beach and play park.

Lovely little place to stay. An easy walk to the beach area and small selection of shops. Lamlash and Brodick only a short drive away. The property was very clean and well equipped with a secure back garden for the dogs. Good communication from the owners.

Mont Stewart Cottage was very sweet but we were disappointed that there was no open fire as it did get chilly with just the heating which we had to switch on when we arrived. A nice touch would be that it was already on to air the cottage. The beds and bedding could be improved. Bed mattress rather thin and hard and better quality duvet covers would be great. Our view was rather marred with the new builds in front and I don't remember seeing that on your photographs when I booked. Otherwise we had a very good week with sunshine.
