Bathroom: With bath and shower cubicle.
Cloakroom: With toilet and washing machine.

Bedroom 3: With twin beds.. Central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot. Large enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and children’s play area. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Rosebank is a beautiful and well maintained stone cottage set in the rural area of Shannochie. It has stunning views over Ailsa Craig and the Firth of Clyde from the front of the house and views of the surrounding hills to the back of the house. This traditional self-catering property has retained many original features including the exposed stone walls and beams allowing guests to enjoy an authentic cottage experience. The master bedroom has a wood burner and an additional seating area for relaxing in, or reading a book by the window. A cosy living room complete with wood burner and views of Ailsa Craig allow guests to relax in comfort at the end of a busy day. The upstairs double bedroom enjoys sea views to the front and hillside views to the rear of the house from two skylight windows. The twin has one skylight with sea views. The large lawned garden has a climbing frame, toys and jigsaws for the youngsters and a sitting-out area ideal for dining outside or simply relaxing in the sun.
Shannochie is located on the south end of the island between Kildonan and Kilmory. There is a hotel serving meals and drinks 1½ miles away or there is a delicious creamery also 1½ miles away where you can sample some of the traditional Ayrshire Dunlop Cheddar! Rosebank is only 3 miles from Kildonan which has a hotel serving meals and drinks in a seaside setting. The hotel also has a small grocery shop. Kildonan has beautiful beaches where seals are commonly found. Fishing is available nearby. It is the perfect place for an enjoyable family holiday on Arran.
