Pack a picnic, grab your bucket and spade and head to one of the two blissful beaches both nearby, or explore Saltcoats. While further to the south lies the resort of Ayr, where you’ll find heaps of traditional seaside entertainment. For outdoor adventures, visit the Isle of Arran, reached by ferry, it’s an outdoor playground of mountains, forests and beaches. Or if you fancy a day in the city, Glasgow serves up some exceptional attractions, shopping, art and dining.
With so much to explore, it’s great to have a relaxing base, with a range of on-park facilities, to return to. Unwind with a dip in the heated indoor pool, let the kids burn off energy in the adventure playground or enjoy a meal in the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant.

Over priced for what it offers

Definitely worth the extra. Loved the layout of this van with bedrooms at both ends instead of a wasted corridor. Wonderful too to have a veranda. I even used the iron!Huge seating area. Perfect for usOnly negatives were the main mattress needed replacing, the fridge door clips were snapped so difficult to open and it could have done with a wooden / small stirring spoon in the utensils :) All relatively small issues and we heaped the spare room quilts on top of the mattress to soften it.

Caravan was lovely (aside from the horrible ingrained smoke smell) well equipped but the crockery was dirty and the towel warmer wasn't clean either so think housekeeping could do with a bit of training. Won't be back.
