However, the cottage is overpriced. The furniture is tired, the kitchen is outdated and a change of towels and bedlinen would have been appreciated.

The property is well maintained and a nice frontage for sitting out on sunny days! A very good laundry and drying room is available for guests use if needed. The downstairs bedroom and lovely toilet/shower room worked for us. The upstairs open plan area was very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful high beams on ceiling with excellent lighting and plenty of light coming in from various windows with nice views outside. Only one negative. Welcome pack. Lovely shortbread. Tea bags only. As a coffee drinker a jar of coffee or coffee sachets would be good on arrival and maybe long lasting milk pods). Thankyou we would recommend this cottage for anyone wanting to tour around this area of Perthshire.
