This contemporary, bespoke architect designed eco-house was constructed in 2025 to impeccable standards, complete with hot tub and sauna, and access down to the 'burn' for wild swimming!

Clad in warm Scottish larch, with generous picture windows, roof lights and doors to frame the exceptional mountain, river and and woodland views, Larch House is simply perfect for your Scottish adventure. Whether you're travelling as a family or a group of friends, the flexible accommodation with modern amenities and features is ideal for all.

The vast ground floor area includes the stunning open-plan sitting/dining and kitchen space, along with a bonus cinema room; a large en-suite bedroom; a separate modern family shower room complete with a decadent sauna for that après-ski wind down; a heated boot room; and a large laundry room. The warehouse-vibe metal open-tread staircase leads upstairs to the spacious landing which serves as an additional sitting room area; along with two further large bedrooms with a bathroom each. Perfect for all kinds of gathering, all three bedrooms can be configured as either super-king size or twin single beds.

Idyllically positioned, tucked away along a private road and surrounded by miles of majestic Scottish countryside, there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Along with the garden, complete with bubbling wood-fired hot tub, firepit and garden furniture; guests can enjoy the adjacent woodlands, and either drink in the waterside views from the fabulous viewing platform, or venture down to the Shee Water via the walkway steps to dip your toes, or fully submerge for some wild swimming!

Enjoy skiing in season, just 20 minutes drive away at the Glenshee Ski Resort, with all manner of water-sports also readily available at nearby Blairgowrie and Pitlochry. With fishing, fine-dining, whisky tasting and much more; make sure you stay long enough to enjoy time at the house too.
