Brilliant cottage in a fantastic location. Bob the owner met us on arrival to show us round. After this he was never intrusive but always at the end of a phone when needed. We have traveled to scotland numerous times and this is by far the best cottage we have stayed in. We will be back.Andy & Yvonne.

We had the best stay at Rowan tree cottage. The cottage has everything you need and is in a peaceful location. We saw so much nature including red squirrels that visited the garden every morning. There are walks near by and bike hire on the grounds. The hot tub was super relaxing. We will definitely return. Thank you to Bob.

Bob was lovely nothing was to much trouble. Enjoyed the peaceful location, cottage had everything you needed, however could do with a new 4 slice toaster and a couple more medium size pans. The only other issue was the damp in the bathroom which could do with a revamp. All in all a very relaxing trip and it was lovely to see all the different types of birds and red squirrels who visited us each day. Thank you Bob hopefully be back again soon 👍🤩
