The cottage is the former Coach House to Heath Park, a listed property used by Beatrix Potter in the 1890s. Set in an elevated position on a quiet private road in the Victorian conservation village of Birnam, this cottage has its own garden within the grounds of the owner’s property. Walking, cycling, golf, fishing, castles, gardens and distillieries locally. Excellent transport links, with Dunkeld railway station, 400 yards. Shop and pub 600 yards.

Lovely place to go, beautiful scenery.Minutes away from the station which made it easy to visit other places.

Lovely holiday in Birnam, single track road and hairpin quite a challenge if you encounter car coming the other way ! Cottage great location for walking from the door. The cottage itself, in a lovely quiet location has a great bedroom, conservatory and sitting room. Bathroom adequate and some appliances in the kitchen probably need changing. The red squirrel paid us a number of visits. Thought the cottage offered value for money.
