Adjacent to the owner’s property and close to the hamlet of Enochdhu in the heart of Perthshire, East Lodge provides ideal accommodation for up to six guests and boasts a lovely decking area to the rear, the perfect spot for taking full advantage of the peaceful riverside location. The garden is enclosed but has a low wall so extra care is to be taken with small children as a river runs by the property.

Once part of the Kindrogan Estate, the cottage is accessed via a rough track and is built within what was once part of the estate’s grounds which is renowned for its outstanding countryside, wildlife and dark sky location. There is an abundance of cycle and footpaths from the doorstep and the Cateran Trail is close by, as is Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski area. Glenshee Ski Centre is just 20 miles away and prearranged, private mountain guiding or skiing lessons can be arranged directly with the owner. After exploring the area, guests can relax on the terrace with a glass of wine and watch deer drinking from the river. An abundance of bird life and red squirrels are also frequent visitors. Kirkmichael is only 3 miles away and has a local shop, restaurants and pubs, and Pitlochry is just 10 miles away. Blairgowrie is 15 miles away and Perth is 28 miles away. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
