Steven and Laura welcome you to their beautiful holiday home, in the quiet village of Scone, on the doorstep of Scone Palace and Perth. The spacious accommodation makes a superb base for a family holiday. The house is fitted to the highest of standards and has all the home comforts you'd expect. Patio doors lead you into a colorful and peaceful garden with pleasant seating areas.
The house is just 5 minutes away from the busy city of Perth with all its excellent facilities. The village of Scone also has a good range of places to eat and local shops. Scone Palace should not be missed for its importance within Scottish history as the place where all Scottish Kings were crowned in days gone by, on the famous Stone of Destiny. The village is very centrally placed in Scotland and there is easy access to both Edinburgh and Glasgow for day trips.
Outdoor pursuits are plentiful with fishing on the Tay together with numerous golf courses. There are superb woodland walks at Kinnoul Hill and if you get to the top you have superb views over the Tay and River Earn valleys.
