Enter the property into its handy utility area, take off your muddy boots and coats after a day of exploring the nearby Tay Forest Park. Head into the spacious and well-equipped kitchen/diner which enjoys a pleasant, refreshing overtone. Adjacent rests the welcoming sitting room, put your feet up with a family favourite film on the TV to unwind perfectly at the end of the day.
The ground floor also occupies a lovely bunk bedroom, ideal for children to come and stay. Head up the carpeted staircase and onto the first floor, immediately ahead you will be welcomed by the glistening white bathroom with a chrome heated towel rail giving a classy finish. The upstairs also plays host to two more well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin which is a zip/link room for flexible sleeping. Corran Cottage's garden is a wonderful spot to kick back and relax; choose from a lawn area and a decking to spend your peaceful outdoor downtime. Pitlochry is a fabulous town to base your break, it offers a wealth of quality amenities and excellent access to some of the area's real gems.
The Tay Forest Park offers a wealth of outdoor activities to make the most of as well as some fine scenery. The magnificent city of Perth is also easily reachable and is well worth a visit. A fantastic cottage in a tremendously secluded location.
A burgh in Perth and Kinross, Pitlochry is known for its outdoor activities, with the Ben Vrackie and Schiehallion mountains for hill-walking and the River Tummel with boat hire. Pitlochry has a golf course and the Tay Forest Park sits nearby, the Cairngorms National Park is also close for walking and cycling. The town hosts festivals and is home to a range of shops and restaurants. Perth makes a great day trip with its architecture, amenities and activities.
