The wonderful Castle Semple is a great day out for all to enjoy, where you can participate in an array of water sports. Enjoy trips to the splendid Loch Lomond & the Trossachs national Park, Lochwinnoch Nature Reserve and take a ferry trip and visit the Islands of Arran, great Cumbrae and Bute. The vibrant city of Glasgow is also within easy touring distance with its fascinating museums, art galleries and secc which hosts some great events and concerts. The renowned golf courses of Turnberry and the royal Troon are also close at hand as is Lochwinnoch Golf Club. Stepping inside this luxurious single storey stylish lodge, into the hall through to the spacious open plan light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner. The comfortable lounge has a smart TV, lovely wood burner perfect for cosy nights and floor to ceiling windows enjoying magnificent countryside views over the splendid Lochwinnoch. Dining area has a large dining table perfect for romantic or family gatherings, also with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spectacular views and French doors leading out to the decked area with private hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for cooking up a storm with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and a handy dishwasher. Next is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Continuing through the hallway you are met with the delightful twin bedroom. The stylish bathroom with shower over the corner bath and WC, is located opposite the twin bedroom. Finally, the beautiful master bedroom with king size bed, Smart TV and stylish en suite shower, with large shower cubical and WC. Venturing outside onto the large patio area, you will find the wonderful private hot tub with magnificent countryside view over the beautiful Lochwinnoch. There is also a seating area with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining and lazy evening star gazing. There is ample private off road parking, to the rear of the property.
