The park only has a certain amount of pet units on site. Only specific units in the Mega Pods, Platinum and Diamond grade allow pets. To ensure you are placed in a pet unit, include your pet in the search for available dates. Please note, any pets not declared on the booking will not be permitted on-site. Please note, single sex groups are not permitted on site.

The caravan/lodge itself was fab - clean, in very good condition and everything worked as it should. Decent boiler, effective fridge/freezer/cooker and a very acceptable TV too. WiFi worked well for the most part, despite there being issues on the site at the time. Highly recommended!

We were given 1 towel each for a 7 night stay. No WiFi in the lodge for 6 out of 7 days making it hard to plan days out and look at local amenities. (WiFi is for the site wide not in individual lodge, when asked we were told it was due to bad weather or a badger chewed wire). Sofa and beds you can feel springs. Lovely little dog welcome pack. Hot tub could be fenced In better to allow dog to sit with you and not on their own in lodge. Location is great, loads of places to visit with in 30-50 min drive. Local Chinese was amazing, locals were very welcoming
