Perfectly located for our purposes, very clean, well equipped and quiet. There was only the two of us and our dog and we found the cottage perfect. We have stayed in lots of holiday cottageâs and this one ranks right up there. Close to the sea (20 minutes) and Edinburgh around 50 minutes. The cottage comes with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc which all prove very useful. A shower in the en-suite and a bath in the second bathroom combined with ample hot water added to the overall experience. From a heating perspective itâs all electric and facilitated a lovely warm environment throughout the property. A very welcome and enjoyable stay at Grooms cottage was had by us all!!

The Grooms Cottage is a gem in the countryside of Scotland. We were in town for the Scottish Open and wanted to play a few rounds before attending the event. What a joy. The place was very, very clean! It was big, comfortable and very welcoming. Communication with our host could not have been better, and I really appreciated her! Parking was easy, full kitchen, lovely living room and after a day of getting beat up by the golf course the bath tub was a treat. 100%â¦We will stay here again!!!
