Second time staying at The Balla & was absolutely lovely.. Us four sisters visit Eyemouth every year..it's literally a two minute walk to harbour/beach & all amenities. Spotlessly clean with all mod cons. Absolutely beautiful place to stay.

We had an enjoyable holiday in Eyemouth. Balla is a good base for trips around South-east Scotland, into the Borders and down to Northumberland. Balla is a very recently furnished property and everything still looks new. There’s plenty of space. It’s well equipped but there are small details that would be further improvements such as hand towels as well as bath towels and, like a previous guest, we thought instructions for using the hob would be helpful. But overall it’s difficult to fault Balla. It’s a very restful place (except when the seagulls are in full voice!) just five minutes from Eyemouth’s beach. Parking can be at a premium in Eyemouth so a designated place behind Bella is really helpful. Just be aware it’s accessible through an alley which might be tricky for wide vehicles. Overall, we can recommend Balla and would go again,

Excellent accommodation, close to local amenities and across the road from the sea front. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the near future. We found accessibility to be ok for members of our group, however appreciate outside steps may not suit everyone.
