Set privately beside the farmhouse, you can be assured of a peaceful countryside escape. The Bothy is only a short 5-minute drive from Kelso and is the perfect base from which to explore the best of the beautiful Scottish Borders. Enjoy cosy days by the wood burner reading books from the built-in library, or breathtaking walks down by the riverside, which is just a short stroll from the farm. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés and coffee shops to tantalise your taste buds, and also some top notch takeaways for those nights where you just want to batten down the hatches.

Whether you plan to stay for your honeymoon, a birthday treat or perhaps to pop the question, the owners are available to make your stay magical. Why not pack up the picnic hamper that is provided, and head out into the countryside to take in the stunning views and crisp fresh air? Or maybe you prefer the thrills and spills of mountain biking and would like to take on the trails at 7Stanes. If you plan to keep your feet firmly on the ground, then why not tackle some, or all, of the Borders Abbey Way which runs through the farm and takes in some of the most awe-inspiring scenery?
