This lovely two-bedroom property is on one level with a spacious and very comfortable open-plan living area that combines the kitchen area, alongside a separate double bedroom, with an adjacent toilet and shower room and a twin en-suite bedroom. There is access from the front and rear with a south-facing patio at the front. The property has off-road parking and a large garden where you can also sit and relax.

There are numerous options for walking and cycling routes in the forests around Aberfoyle and something to suit all abilities. There is a bus link to Glasgow and a seasonal local bus which runs between Aberfoyle and Callander via the popular Dukes Pass Hill road and Loch Katrine (Steam Ship Sir Walter Scott).
Ideal as a touring base, Aberfoyle has a central location only an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh, and 30 minutes from Stirling.

A fabulous stay in a terrific village Staff were very responsive to mesages location was fabulous Space was clean and very roomy. Quiet, plenty of parking and a lovely village to visit My only complaint was there was no soap anywhere in the bathroom. A washing machine would have made a huge difference as we were staying there for a week
