Fantastic location! Nice cottage, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Maybe a little tired , but good value for money. Would benefit from brighter light bulbs, a bit on the gloomy side.

Some people may describe the cottage as a little rough round the edges but it has character. A brilliant location and view of the falls. Parking spot is right outside. Loch Tay is a short but glorious walk away. There are two good pubs/restaurants a stones throw away. A short wonder into the village and there's a co-op and there's a place to hire kayaks (to paddle down the river into the loch). There is a spa place at the other end of Loch Tay (50 mins) if you fancy hot tubbing and a sauna plus a slide into the loch. The garden of the property is lovely and has a wild feel about it and you can sit out if the weather is good. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable. The shower is a bit of a dribble but everything is functional. The four downstair areas allow you to spread out if you want. The little sun room off the kitchen is a lovely space to sit and read. The TV room is like a cosy little den. Don't be tempted to turn the night storage heaters up too much at 2 in and out they will keep the place cosy. When the sun is out you can open up the velux windows in the bedrooms and get a glorious view of the Dochart falls.
