SACK THE CLEANER. This could be a lovely property to explore this beautiful island BUT there are multiple damp issues in the bathroom and main bedroom with black mold growing and water streaks coming down the chimney stack. You can smell the damp when you enter. The whole place needs some TLC including a very thorough deep clean. It’s grubby everywhere n no wonder as when we tried to hoover up our dog hairs the hoover was useless. Stop spending money on fake plants n buy some new bedding that actually fits the bed, isn’t ripped n bobbly and has no stains on the valance. Both doors need mats so when you’re coming in from outside you’re able to wipe your feet not drag wet and/or mud through the house. Such a shame.

Lovely little cottage, very comfortable and cozy. The port that is only minute's away is beautiful, I would definitely recommend a walk there.The local pub doesn't excellent pies.Everywhere is dog friendly.

First impressions cottagr excellent and very clean. Trivial maintenance jobs needed attention which was a shame. Light fitting at top or stairs not working even after changing the bulb, a plinth was missing in the kitchen the toilet seat was loose and damp showed in the bedroom after heavy rain. Outside of the property and garden untidy and fence panels were broken so not secure for dogs.Liked Amlwch it was very quaint and harbour lovely.Inside, although small the cottage could still do with a small table for drinks, even coasters for the floor would have helped. Expect a wood burner, it was a nice touch but not advertised. Overall a good holiday, but there are lots of simple ways the property could be improved. It is unlikely we would come back here but loved Anglesey.
