At the rear lies the bedrooms and bathroom, complete with choice of bath and walk-in shower, so you can best decide how to prepare for the day. Choose between three bedrooms to catch your rest, including a Super king (zip n link on request),a double and a twin, each neutrally presented. From the front door, just a short walk away lies the seafront, perfect for taking advantage of this splendid location. Beaumaris is an idyllic holiday location; visit the remarkable castle, The Old Court House Museum, and the Beaumaris Gaol, stock up on the essentials at the convenience store, dine at The Midland Tapas and Wine bar, stroll along the Beaumaris Sea Front. Alternatively, take off on an adventure to the stunning Puffin Island, or continue to Menai Bridge, where you will find the university town of Bangor, or enjoy a round at the excellent Deiniol Golf Club. Why not venture into mainland Wales and make the most of the stunning Snowdonia National Park, boasting superb walking trails, cycling routes and breath-taking scenery. No 62 is a charming retreat for a break in North Wales.

Beaumaris, a famous historic town on Anglesey, sits on the Menai Strait and offers breath-taking views of the Snowdonia mountain range and its sunrises. There is a mediaeval castle there that dates back to the reign of Edward I; it is now a World Heritage site; and there is also a Victorian pier, gaol, and courthouse there, and is also a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris has preserved much of its mediaeval street layout, adding to the town's rich historical significance. The town's atmosphere, architectural variety, period range, scale, open areas, roof types, and general quality all play significant roles in shaping its unique identity. The town has a wide variety of stores, restaurants, and bars, as well as the chance to go fishing and on boat tours. There is also a golf course in the vicinity. Red Wharf Bay is a large bay along the coast; in Welsh, it's known as Traeth Coch (Red Beach), and it's known for its beautiful sunsets. At low tide, nearly 25 square kilometres (10 square miles) of sand are exposed, making the bay safe for swimming, ideal for fun with kids and families, and suitable for fishing and long, scenic strolls. Port Holyhead is a bit further away, but it offers frequent ferry service to Dublin. Beaumaris, situated as it is on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, is a good central base from which to explore the rest of Wales, including the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.

Some noise from the upstairs flat with young children running about but we in turn had 2 small children and must have caused some disturbance. Everything was provided including a welcome box with various items, eg tea bags. Dishwasher and tablets etc etc

    62. You just cannot beat the position of this apartment for it's close proximity to the shops, bars, restaurants and sea. Yet again, the property was spotless, beds comfortable and kitchen so well equipped. We are already planning to return next year and would definitely recommend No.62 as a great base for touring Anglesey and North Wales.
