The cottage is in a lovely location. We had read something about it being on a hill, but we live in the hills of Yorkshire, so it is acceptable for us. The dog loved the garden, and when the weather was kind, it was a great sun trap. The fences are high, so it's perfect to let them roam around. The garden could do with a little bit of love, but overall, we enjoyed our week there and would highly recommend our stay to others; close to the beach and great walks.

Great village location with lots of local walks off your doorstep. The kitchen is really well equipped & great to have all you need to light the fire. The negative points are, the cottage smelt really musty on entry & felt cold we had to pop on some heating but this wasnât difficult . My biggest issue was the pillows if you value your sleep please take your own pillows. These pillows were horrendous & it felt like sleeping with a a piece of cardboard as a pillow. The bathroom has no natural ventilation so expect the droning from the fan to keep you awake if you are a light sleeper.
