Loved our stay at Alarch. Great views and well equipped cottage with lovely hot showers and comfortsble beds. Very close to coastal path and only a short drive into Holyhead for supermarket shops . Had a lovely celebration meal for our son's 30th birthday at The White Eagle- great menu and friendly service. Visited Beaumaris castle and South stack lighthouse - both well worth the visit although sadly we were too early for the puffins but did see dolphins . My son had booked his car into the race corcuit which is a great venue and has Snowdonia as a backdrop.

Lovely spacious living area, with great views and light due to the huge window. Comfortable beds and decent shower. Some aspects need a refresh and seem a bit tired. We know the property is advertised as accepting dogs which is fine, but we did find there was a strong smell of dogs in the living space especially around the sofa area, and dog hairs were noticeable.
