Swallows Nest is a fabulous, spacious semi-detached bungalow, adjoining the owner’s country cottage, situated in a fabulous location for year round holidays and breaks for two. Its interior is warm and welcoming, perfect for winter escapes with a cosy wood burner and also enjoying lovely rural views.
With easy access to the A55, Swallows Nest is ideally positioned for exploring Anglesey and further afield some of North Wales’ premier attractions, including ZipWorld, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway, and the Llanberis Lake Railway.
Other places to visit include the Sea Zoo, the Butterfly Palace, castles, windmills, the rspb reserves, superb golden sandy beaches, and of course many wonderful walking and cycling opportunities. The Snowdonia National Park is an easily accessible, with its stunning mountain scenery, array of outdoor pursuits and the port of Holyhead makes day trips to Dublin possible. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

A lovely place to spend a holiday. Dog owners should be aware though that there is no garden immediately accessible from the property; the small fenced area is about 15m across the drive.

Second visit to Swallows Nest. Love being out of the way in the countryside, yet so accessible to all the places to visit on Anglesey; beaches; villages; wildlife; burial chambers and lovely coastal walks. The property is perfect for us with our dog and well equipped and comfortable. Don't expect luxury but it is homely and Chris and Sharon are very helpful and live next door.
