This cottage boasts its own delightful hot tub perfect for relaxation, or why not take in some of the most spectacular coastal walks and views to be found in north Wales? Within minutes of the cottages you are on the rspb reserve, the cliffs here are a haven for breeding seabird colonies and puffins, whilst the sea below is home to grey seals. The beautiful sandy cove Porth Dafarch is a mile away and just beyond a fine selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in Trearddur Bay.
The bustling port of Holyhead, for day trips to Ireland, is a short drive. Golf, fishing, sailing, pony trekking and the Snowdonia National Park are all easily accessible, as are Conwy, Caernarfon and Beaumaris castles. Spend a day at Plas Newydd Country House and Gardens (National Trust), the home of the Marquess of Anglesey, with spectacular views of Snowdonia across the Menai Straits. Also worth a visit on the island is Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, the longest place name in the UK! Beach 1 mile. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 3 miles

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Sixth Visit to Ty Cwtch — and Still the Best!This was our sixth visit to Ty Cwtch, and we love it just as much as ever! Honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better cottage. It’s spotlessly clean, beautifully tidy and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.The lovely welcome basket is always such a thoughtful touch, and the freshly made Welsh cakes are simply heavenly! It’s those little details that make you feel so welcome and keep bringing us back.The location is exceptional, right next to The Range, an RSPB site, making it perfect for enjoying nature and wildlife. There are also loads of lovely walks nearby, which is fantastic for Reggie (the dog) who has plenty of opportunities to explore and burn off all his energy!It’s rare to find somewhere that makes you want to return time and time again, but Ty Cwtch really is that special. The cottage, the location and the little touches all make it somewhere we absolutely love.Six visits speak for themselves! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ty Cwtch and are already looking forward to coming back again. ❤️

This was our 6th stay in Ty Cwtch and we are already booked in again which is an indication of how much we like it. Perfect for dog owners with a secure garden, cliff tops at the top of the road for morning walks or walks on soggy days and lots to do within an hours drive. The cottage is always clean and comfortable and a really good size for two people. It’s really peaceful but 10 minutes away from shops, restaurants and takeaways. As well as the highland cows popping their heads over the garden wall for a chin scratch, we watched the seal parents less than a 10 minutes way for walk from the cottage taking their little pup for a swim. Between all this, the friendly owners, the dark skies, sunrises and sunsets it remains our favourite cottage.

Best week just what I was looking for quiet, scenic perfect cottage surrounded by the most stunning views. every walk was a different experience. The cottage had everything you need and more. Very modern but cosy. Loved the remote control Blinds such luxury. And the Binoculars was a good touch. The hamper had a good selection.There was plenty of amenities but unthotunality not alot of them was dog friendly. This would not stop me from booking again can't wait to go back.
