The recently-built lodge is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in showroom condition. My issue is with its location which is less than 10 metres from the main road between Benllech and Llangefni. I found the traffic noise too irritating to sit for long on the patio and it regularly woke me earlier than I would have liked. The noise is exacerbated because of a speed limit change from 20 to 60 mph which means many vehicles are accelerating hard.
