Tre Anna Lodge is a charming, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful setting, ideal for exploring Anglesey and especially convenient for dog owners. Guests consistently praise its cleanliness, secure garden, and cosy atmosphere, with many highlighting the excellent communication from the owners. While the proximity to a main road and occasional minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.
Most guests found the cottage very clean and tidy, with only a few minor comments about dust or cobwebs. The overall impression is of a well-maintained property.
The location is highly praised for access to beaches, Newborough Forest, and countryside views. Some mention the nearby main road, but most found it did not detract from their stay.
Guests describe the cottage as cosy, comfortable, and airy, with quality bedding and a warm atmosphere. A few found the beds a bit firm or the house cold on arrival, but these were exceptions.
The cottage is frequently described as well-equipped, with a secure garden, good parking, and a log burner. Minor suggestions for improved lighting and garden tidying were mentioned by a small number of guests.
Many guests appreciated the owners' excellent communication and occasional welcome gifts such as shortbread or prosecco. However, as gifts are not guaranteed, future guests should not expect them as standard.

A well equipped and comfy cottage. The views from the sitting room are lovely. The central heating and the woodburning stove make the cottage very cozy if you get a chilly evening. The cottage is well placed for exploring Anglesey and the wider North Wales Area.

This was a stunning cottage, comfortable and with a beautiful view onto the field. It was an ideal location for Anglesey but next to a busy road - you cannot have everything. Without going onto the busy main road, there was nowhere to walk a dog directly from the house. When we arrived, the house was cold. This is the first cottage we have been to where there was not a container of milk in the fridge. We were expecting a cup of tea and some bara brith or similar for our Wales holiday but we got some Scottish shortbread and a bottle of prosecco. Not what we wanted after a 4 hour drive. We thought we would light the woodburner but there was only one log in the log basket. We were too tired to carry wood from across the garden and spent a very cold night. Malcom and Karen came and assured us that the heating had been adjusted but it continued to default to 17 degrees and had to be manually adjusted all the time. The owners are extremely friendly but on this occasion we felt let down. It may just be our experience. The cottage itself is gorgeous.

Beautiful location even though next to an A road, couldn’t hear it to be fair. Very well equipped for every aspect of our stay, very clean and the garden is lovely and secure for the doggies to go into. Would recommend, the only down side, for us, were the beds, a bit too firm for us.
