The designated parking place is roughly 70 yards away from the front door, together with the 6 steps in the garden, is unsuitable for somebody with mobility problems unloading the car. This should have been stated on the description for the property before renting. The rusty microwave and chipped/gaffer-taped coffee table want throwing in a skip. There were no instructions on the fire tv set. The fridge is miniscule and unsuitable for 4 people, the freezer compartment was frozen solid so that the door wouldn't open. There was a small separate freezer in an adjacent cupboard. I advised the owner about the lack of kitchen scissors, take your own just in case. The only positives were the property was warm and also handy for Menai Bridge town. Having stayed in many cottages in North Wales this was by far the worst value for money.
