This charming apartment makes for an ideal base for exploring the lovely beaches of Anglesey, with a beach just 15 minutes’ drive away in Benllech or Beaumaris. The university town of Bangor is just across the straits over the famous Menai suspension bridge, constructed in 1826 and designed by Thomas Telford. In the other direction is Beaumaris, a World Heritage Site, and is renowned as Anglesey’s most attractive town, with a moated castle, small pier and trips to Puffin Island.
There are many wonderful walking and cycling opportunities along with plenty of family based visitor attractions nearby, including a sea zoo, the Pili Palas Nature World and the National Trusts Plas Newydd. Day trips into the Snowdonia National Park, 15 minutes, are a must for exhilarating outdoor pursuits and dramatic scenery. Beach 6¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

An excellent house, well equipped for a lovely relaxing stay. The views are spectacular, the space perfect for our needs and it was a great location for exploring Anglesey.

4 people and 2 dogs had a great week. House comfortable and had all we needed with regards to kitchen equipment towels etc. Location really convenient for walks,supermarket, pubs and restaurants, mostly dog friendly. We would definitely stay again.
