Head further afield to either the county town of Carmarthen (16. 1 miles) or the historic market town of Newcastle Emlyn (15 miles) for excellent shopping, restaurants and local produce. For a day at the coast, head to Cardigan Bay in 20 miles where you enjoy an excellent selection of beaches including Aberporth, Llangrannog and Tresaith. As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into a cosy hallway with room for coats and boots, leading on to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has two comfortable fabric sofas and an additional armchair centred around the TV. There is an open fire with a large original fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings in those cooler months. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom. Head upstairs to the first floor, and you will find three bedrooms. There is a charming king size master bedroom and a double room with built in hanging space and the third room is a twin room, ideal for family groups. The bedrooms enjoy a traditional cottage with exposed beams and bespoke features. Completing the first floor is a separate WC. Externally, the property enjoys a patio garden with outdoor dining furniture. This peaceful spot is perfect for al fresco dining or to watch the children play while you relax with a cold drink.
