Luxury 3 bedroom 1st floor accommodation to sleep 6. Located in the centre of the historic seaside town of Aberystwyth, a stone's throw from the beach and Victorian promenade. Llys Yr Onnen forms part of a former County Court know as Edleston House. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard but still retains its colonial style architecture, creating truly unique holiday accommodation. Guests have access to a shared hot tub and the amenities of the town are a short walk away.

Kitchen Diner – Dining table and chairs for six guests, modern fitted kitchen which includes, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker with hob, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Access out onto private front balcony
Bedroom One – Light and spacious bedroom accommodation with king sized bed, wall mounted Smart TV.
En Suite – Shower room with walk in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom Two – Double bed with wall mounted flatscreen Smart TV.
Bedroom Three - Largest of the three bedrooms, Super king size bed with storage and Smart TV
Family Bathroom – Bathroom suite comprising bath with hand shower attachment, wash basin and WC.
Outdoor Space - Shared lawns, patio areas with garden furniture, hot tub. Shared parking area.
Edleston House is situated in a quiet residential area and has its own private parking. The town centre is a short walk away and offers a range of amenities including supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and an impressive range of both local and chain outlets.
Local attractions include: Constitutional Hill and Cliff Railway offering unrivalled views down the Cardigan Coastline. Victorian Pier with arcade, snooker hall and restaurant for that traditional seaside experience. Rheidol Valley Railway running between Aberystwyth and the historic village of Devils Bridge. For those seeking a cultural experience the town houses the Welsh National Library, the biggest library in Wales, holding over 6.5 million books and periodicals, and the largest collections of archives, portraits, maps and photographic images in Wales. There are also a number of art galleries located around the town and a recently refurbished museum.
